Booking terms & Payment conditions:
- All above rates are in Euro (€) based on the normal occupancy of the
villa/night and include all taxes, VAT, electricity, use of air-conditioning,
heating, warm water,
- Extra beds for adults will be charged with 15,- € / for children with 10
Euro (€) per night
- Please consider the inquiry form in "Reservation requests" section only a
quotation/availability request that will be followed by our own confirmation
about the availability of the accommodation required.
- In order to confim your booking, 30% of the total booking amount is
required as deposit payment via your credit card or online banking transfer.
- Cancellation fees: In case of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge
as follows:

- 30 days before arrival: 100% return of the deposit less the bank fees
- 10-29 days before arrival: 30% fee (= deposit)
- 3-9 days before arrival: 65% fee of the total amount
- 0-2 days before arrival or No show: 100% fee of the total amount.
- Balance is paid upon your arrival, either by cash or by credit
card.
